Ferran Grau

Ferran Grau holds a PhD in Architecture from the Barcelona School of Architecture and is currently a visiting professor at the Reus School of Architecture (EAR). He is a partner at the architecture firm GrauCasais, together with Nuria Casais. As an educator and researcher, Grau has worked for the Barcelona School of Architecture (ETSAB), the La Salle School of Architecture, the Association of Architecture Studios, the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia and the Barcelona Institute of Architecture. Internationally, he has been invited to centres such as the Azriely School of Architecture in Ottawa and the ETH in Zurich. He has exhibited his designs at the Venice Architecture Biennale, and his work has been selected as a finalist for the XIV Spanish Biennial of Architecture and Urbanism and the XI Alejandro de la Sota Biennial, as well as in a number of ideas competitions. His publications include the co-direction of issue 272 of the magazine Quaderns d’arquitectura i urbanisme.
