David Casado

David Casado is Doctor in Economics from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, he holds a master’s degree in Public Finance and Economic Analysis from the Instituto de Estudios Fiscales in Madrid and graduated in Economics and Business Studies from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. He has been an analyst at Ivàlua since January 2009. He had previously worked since 1996 as investigator at the UPF’s Centre for Research into Economics and Health (CRES) and as a part-time teacher at the same University’s Department of Economics and Business Studies. In his work as Ivàlua analyst, he has participated in the production of several guides, has been a trainer in the different editions of the Public Policies Assessment Training Series and has participated in assessments of the Interdepartmental Programme on Minimum Income, of Environmental Educational plans, of Initial Professional Qualification Programmes and of the Local Tele-Assistance Service, among others.
