Constanza Piffardi

Constanza Piffardi is a musician and teacher, with a degree in Music Theory from the University of Chile. In 2017 she gained a master’s degree in the Performance of Old Music from the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya, Barcelona, the city where she is currently resident. For the last 12 years she has worked teaching piano, guitar, singing and musical theory, specializing in piano for primary and secondary school pupils, in conservatories, and in public and private centres. Her musical activity alongside teaching is performance; she is a soprano specialized in historical singing. She is currently working on the solo project Cosas Presuntuosas, in which academic training dialogues with varied contemporary musical influences by means of exploration with electric guitar, effects and voice.
