Clifford Chanin
Director of education and senior program advisor at the National September 11 Memorial Museum.
He curated the Memorial Museum's 10th anniversary exhibition, Francesc Torres, Memory Remains: 9/11 Artifacts at Hangar 17 and edited the companion catalog. He is moderator and producer of the Memorial Museum’s monthly webcast series, Exploring 9/11: The World Before and After. Chanin is founder of the Legacy Project, a non-profit research organization focused on contemporary explorations of historical violence - through the arts and public debates on memory - in societies around the world. Previously, he was associate director of arts and humanities at the Rockefeller Foundation.
