Àlex Santaló

An illustrator and caricaturist from Barcelona, he studied at the JOSO cartoon and comic art school. After working in different areas related with photographic retouching, graphic design and storyboards for advertising, he set up on a freelance basis, leading to the publication of the comics Me gusta el fútbol and Me gusta internet with Glénat and El Terrat; 1714 Baluard with script by Cels Piñol and 17 vivir, revivir, sobrevivir, with Evolution Comics (Panini). He has been contributor to the magazines Panenka and Perarnau Magazine, and to the website fotlipou.com. He is also a frequent contributor to the online magazine dedicated to televised fiction, Serielizados, where he publishes a weekly cartoon strip about series.
