Alba Laguna

Freelance journalist born in Barcelona in 1981. Specialized in press and communication in the cinematographic field, she has been head of press for the Sitges Film Festival for a decade. She has also worked at the Sala Montjuïc open-air film festival, the Brain Film Fest and the Nits de Cinema Oriental festival. She collaborates with the program Les dones i els dies on Catalunya Ràdio, where she has also been a talk show host of La finestra indiscreta. In TV3 she has collaborated in the program Tot es mou as a specialist in cinema.

Currently among her clients are the film distributor Youplanet Pictures, the ESCAC ( Film and Audiovisual School of Catalonia) and events such as the Mostra FIRE!!!, the Americana Film Fest or the Most International Wine Film Festival. She has also been in charge of press for the documentary Mentre siguis tu, by Claudia Pinto, winner at the Goya and Gaudí Awards 2024, or the Goya and Gaudí nominated short films Blow! by Neus Ballús and Els buits, by Marina Freixa, Sofia Esteve and Isa Luengo.
