La ballade de l’Anthropocène, Mar Ordonez.

At the CCCB, we’re welcoming in the year 2017 with this video we commissioned from visual artist Mar Ordonez, which reflects on the depletion and destruction of natural resources and the desire for a chance to do things differently. Mar Ordonez is best known for her portraits of women from a very special viewpoint, and her creations address themes such as identity, the double and the body as a means of expression and language. The soundtrack is Desert.
