Sonar'11

Advanced musical proposals and avant-garde art fuel the programme of the Sónar festival. In its eighteenth edition, the concerts (around 120 performances between live shows and DJ sessions) and professional activity (Sonarpro), activities addressing the creative industries sector, which open up their field of action not only to music and technology, but also to design and the audiovisual world, are complemented by SonarMàtica, the festival’s exhibition area which includes installations, online art and other proposals in different formats.

The CCCB, the Museu d’Art Contemporani de Barcelona (MACBA), the Auditori and the Fira Gran Via (M2) host daytime and nighttime activities, respectively.
