"Global trends and their impact in the big cities" Smart cities to Smart Citizens. The Smart concept will be linked strongly to the knowledge economy to avoid the paradox of generating "stupid people" instead of "intelligent citizens". The environment is very Smart, CITIES are also Smart; Barcelona is also Smart, city branding is also Smart.
