Primavera al Raval

Primavera Sound's 2018 daytime and free-access programme at CCCB

Festivals + Music

Free

Five days of free concerts. Over 45 musical performers and groups. The Primavera Sound 2018 comes to the CCCB with Primavera al Raval. Can you afford to miss it?

For the third consecutive year, Primavera al Raval will conquer the heart of the city. During most of the festival week, from Wednesday 30th May till Sunday 3rd June, the meeting of the music industry Primavera Pro will offer dozens of showcases, free of charge, on the stage Day Pro in the Pati de les Dones of the CCCB, on which emerging artists from all around the world will perform.

This year the huge party will be concentrated on Sunday 3rd June on three stages, free of charge: Joan Coromines Square, CCCB’s Theatre and CCCB’s Pati de les Dones. On Joan Coromines Square and CCCB’s Theatre there will be concerts by international artists of the calibre of RhyeWaxahatchee and Oblivians together with the prodigious live act of Fermin Muguruza eta The Suicide of Western Culture. It will also be the perfect opportunity to enjoy new experiences such as the Australian artist Montero, the promising Jay Som and classical indie pop from Tigercats, alongside a multitude of excellent local proposals, from the rock by The Crab Apples to the experimentation at the piano of Marina Herlop, to synth pop by Olympic Flame, and the delicacy of Intana and Puput and folk-pop by Xavier Calvet.
