Three friends set out on a trip with no apparent destination. Some call it burning the last boats of youth, others regard it as the decadence of the male sex. Los exiliados románticos addresses this issue, and other no less transcendent things, during a journey that seems both long and short, during which the characters go in search of fleeting idyllic love affairs with the sole aim of surprising themselves and enjoying the sensation of feeling alive.
