In dictatorial regimes, humour tends to become a form of dissidence and inspiration for the democratic aspirations of civil society. At this round table, humorists Toni Batllori and Forges will talk to Argentinian cartoonist REP about the subject, taking as their departure point the cases of Spain and Argentina and reflecting on the role of humour in the criticism of democracy.
