Guided tour of the "Escorial" housing group

The visit will be led by Salvador Matas, architect, resident of one of the group's homes and born in the neighborhood, who will take a tour of the entire Escorial Island, and more specifically the tallest building. A view will be given from different angles: the history of the place; the urban planning in its innovative implementation; the architectural one due to the modernity and typological experimentation of the homes; that of its authors and their link to the Grup R movement; that of the most personal experiences and other events that have occurred there.
