Lecture by César R. Ranero

Changes have been occurring with regard to fossil fuel reserves: technology has now made it possible to extract oil from places that were once deemed inaccessible and maybe this resource will last longer than was expected. What oil reserves exist and what would be the social and economic costs of using them? When they run out will we be prepared for what comes next?
