Debating catalan economy

Catalan economy has significant challenges ahead to be analyzed which the economic crisis is placing on the day to day of public debate: what infrastructures we have and how can they be financed, how must be the financing of the Catalan Government, what role should the business, or how should the relationship between academia and industry are some issues repeatedly founded in general media which the seminar wants to approach.
