The 20th century may mean a technological, scientific, aseptic and pragmatic mentality, but it can also be poetry, sentiment, roots and earthy colours. Colours of sun-warmed earth and the furbelows of fiestas, looks that speak volumes and the tender moments of childhood, the pain of betrayal and faith that surpasses death, silences that speak, unspoken passions... These are the subjects that form the programme, with works by Lorca, Casals, Mompou, García Morante, Pueyo and Turina.
