Architecture and catastrophe

Of all the arts architecture is probably the most exposed to impermanence. Too many interests and circumstances play against them: social reality, customers, time, natural o caused accidents, are responsible to ruin it when its message is precluded, when is too inappropriate for the majority feeling or when the dominant culture requires other proposals.
