(New York, United States, 1955)
 Dina Graser

Theoretical physicist.

Dedicated to the study of quantum gravity, cosmology and quantum theory. After studying at Hampshire College and Harvard University, he taught Physics at Yale, Syracuse and Penn State Universities. In 2001 he became a founding member and researcher at the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics of Ontario (Canada), from where he proposed a different approach to the problem of the unification of the theory of relativity with quantum theory called Loop Quantum Gravity. His broad research activities also extend to string theory (a complete, unified and consistent description of the fundamental structure of our universe), theoretical biology, philosophy and political theory.

He is the author of two books which examine the philosophical implications of developments in physics and cosmology: Life of the Cosmos (1997) and Three Roads to Quantum Gravity (2001).
