Lawrence Lessig will speak on his lecture about copyrights and will also explain the trial around Finnegans Wake, which he won against the heir of James Joyce.

 

Freeing Culture to be Culture: Copyright has an essential role in protecting and inspiring creativity. But it is not an exclusive role. In this talk, Professor Lessig maps a balance in the reach and ambition of copyright, to assure the spread and potential of culture in a digital age.
