Philipp Goldbach

In 2005 he graduated at Cologne’s Multimedia Art Academy, and in 2006 he completed his studies in art history, sociology and philosophy at Cologne University. In 2008 and 2009 he was assistant lecturer in photography at the city’s Multimedia Art Academy. His career as a creator is based on multimedia art, and he has explored the relation between time and written language.

His major shows include “À suivre…”, with Franziska Furter (Schleicher+Lange Gallery, Paris, 2004); “Foto/Grafie” (Galerie Carol Johnssen, Munich, 2007); “Message to Public” (M29 Rüchter Brückner, Cologne, 2008); “en miniature”, with Vesko Gösel (Simultanhalle, Cologne, 2009); “Blackboards and Micrographs” (Anne Juda Fine Art, London, 2010); “Tafelbilder” (Museum für Kunst und Kulturgeschichte, Marburg, 2011); “Fotografie und Zeichnung” (Galerie Carol Johnssen, Munich, 2011).
