Elina Norandi

Art critic, historian and exhibition curator. She holds a PhD in Art History and a Master's degree in Women's Studies. She teaches Art History at ESDA Llotja and at the Master in Communication and Gender at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. She has also taught as a guest lecturer at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Her research is based on the study of iconography produced by women, especially in modern and contemporary art. She has written numerous essays and articles in which her artistic speech is linked to issues of gender, diverse sexualities and queer theories.
