Trailer of "Algunos recuerdos (no) son míos"

At the Ca La Dona Documentation Centre, a self-managed bi-lesbian-feminist archive, one of the archivists becomes obsessed with a photograph. Looking at it over and over again, touching it over and over again, she forges a bond with it and discovers a kiss mark on the face of “Lupita”. On the back, handwritten, two enigmatic words: ‘I took you’.

A sensory, emotional journey in which memory comes to life through the construction of a personal and political map. As the archivists handle and look at the archive material, the people they find in its documents cease to be just names and images; they become lovers, friends and guides.
