Judge and Director of the Centre for Legal Studies and Specialised Training of the Department of Justice.

(Barcelona, 1964). With a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona she embarked on her professional career in different Courts of First Instance of Catalonia, after which she joined the Provincial Court of Appeals of Barcelona. She has been a member of the Board of Governors and Programme Coordinator of public examinations for candidate judges, besides her work as a public prosecutor and as Secretary of the Centre for Legal Studies and Specialised Training. She is a member of the Educational Commission for Initial Training at the Judicial School of the General Council of the Judiciary as well as being on the Scientific Committee of the review Ius 17 of the University of Bologna. She teaches in the Master’s Degree on Criminal Law at the University of Barcelona and at the Campus of the College of Lawyers of Barcelona. Since 2009, she has been Director of the Centre for Legal Studies and Specialised Training of the Department of Justice of the Government of Catalonia.
