Ricard Mateu is an engineer in Telecommunications and Management Development from the IESE, and has been working in the world of ICT for 15 years. Always linked to Internet and innovation projects, he has worked in both the private sector (at PwC and IBM) and the public sector, where he is currently head of the Mobility Unit of the CTTI (the Catalan Government’s Centre for Telecommunications and Information Technologies) which is leading the drive in mobile technologies applied to services for citizens as well as the transformation of internal processes.
