She holds a degree in Information Sciences from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and is a specialist in audiovisual journalism, a sector in which she has worked for 29 years.
She worked for nearly a decade as a correspondent for tve in New York and London. She has also worked as a journalist for Ràdio Barcelona-Cadena SER, RNE, COMRàdio, RAC-1 and Catalunya Ràdio, the station from which she has broadcast a daily programme for the last two seasons. In addition, she has produced several documentaries for TVE and Canal Plus, including O mía o de nadie, the winner of the prize awarded by the Instituto de la Mujer to productions focussing on the struggle against gender violence. She is also the author of the book Hillary: la biografía de Hillary Rodham Clinton (1993).
At present she is a contributor to the daily newspaper El Mundo, several monthly magazines, Catalunya Ràdio and, since 1997, also for TV3.
