One of the outstanding writers of his generation, this French author has been honoured by several prizes, including the prestigious Goncourt des Lycéens in 2010.
Born in Niort (France) in 1972. After spending several years in the Middle East, he chose the city of Barcelona as his fixed abode in 2000. He was a member of the editorial board of Lateral magazine and lectured in Arabic at the UAB. He is one of the directors of the publishing house-magazine Inculte in Paris. His work has received several prizes, including the Décembre Prize (2009), the Livre Inter (2010) and the Goncourt des Lycéens (2010).
He is the author of the novels La Perfección del tiro (2004), Remontando el Orinoco (2006), Manual del perfecto terrorista (2007), Zona (2009); Habladles de batallas, reyes y elefantes (2011); El alcohol y la nostalgia (2012) and Calle de los ladrones (2013).
