Participants

Louise Amoore works on issues of risk, economy and security at the Institute for Hazard and Risk Research, and in the Department of Geography of the University of Durham. She has published her recent work on biometrics and aspects of violence in the war on terror in journals such as Political Geography and Security Dialogue. She is currently completing work on the book Economies of Exception, about the different risk models found in the practice of contemporary security.
