Participants

(Folgueroles, 1955) has a degree in Cultural Anthropology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and is a lecturer in the Faculty of Education at the University of Vic. Since 2000 he has been director of the ethnographic section of the research group “Món rural: evolució i factors de canvi” (Rural World: Evolution and Factors of Change) and is presently writing a doctoral thesis on agricultural technology.
