(Buenos Aires, 1968) Presentposition: Director, Centre d'Art Santa Mònica. Responsible for the new project, started in 2003. The new project at CASM includes the complete re-consideration of the organization, including: a new institutional regulation and relationship with its governing bodies; an intense building renovation; new staff, financial and communication strategy; an innovative and powerful curatorial approach.
CASM is an art center that focuses in thinking about art and its place in contemporary culture and society. The center is defined by its projects and research. It is a platform of intense activity that involves a great number of artists, writers, critics and curators. It organizes solo shows, mostly new projects by national and international artists, plus an intense program of non-exhibition proposals.
CASM pretends to act as a point of contact of the local and international scenes, lead by knowledge and criteria.
