Sound Intentions at the CCCB

Força Japó! presents the second Sound Intentions concert in support of the victims of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan last 11 March, featuring professional Japanese musicians living in Barcelona. The concert includes a repertoire of classical and contemporary music, jazz and popular Japanese songs.

After the concert, it will be possible to make donations. The money collected will be sent to the Red Cross by the Consulate General of Japan in Barcelona, which will distribute the donations.

Performers: Takao Rokugawa, Akiko Nomoto, Mariko Nambu, Ayako Fujiki, Chio Allin, Yayoi Kagoshima, Akiko Kuroda, Sadahiro Otani, Asuka Kubota, Natsuki Nishimoto and Momoko Furukawa, among others.

Works by: Händel, Brahms, Debussy, Granados and Japanese composers
