Workshop. Typography. New Tools for Poetry

The Column of Trajan, the Gutenberg Bible, Marinetti's poems, the IBM logo, the cover of Sex Pistols' Never Mind the Bollocks, et cetera - these are some examples that illustrate how the form of the letter has become a part of the aesthetic essence of our culture.

The aim of this workshop is to familiarise participants with the stylistics of the letter and its literary possibilities by way of experiments with the composition and form of words from a playful but cognisant standpoint.
