Quim Monzó and Julià Guillamon

Literary Geography of the Barrio Chino

A little before the inauguration of the new Rambla del Raval, Quim Monzó published an article in which he proposed that the street should be named Rambla del Barrio Chino, so that it could keep its name, exiled by political correctness. In this edition of Kosmopolis, Monzó will take a tour around the district, notebook in hand, in the same way as when he wrote the chronicles of Catorce ciudades contando Brooklyn (2004) and with critic Julià Guillamon, he will talk about short stories and journalistic chronicles, about political correctness and the Barrio Chino.
