La flor más grande del mundo
Juan Pablo Etcheverry, Spain, 2006, 10’, OVSS.This adaptation of the only children's story written by the Nobel laureate, José Saramago is directed by Juan Pablo Etcheverry. It was nominated for the Spanish Goya award for best short and has also received prizes at different festivals. Etcheverry incorporates Saramago into the film and approaches magic realism through the gaze of a child, with all the outlandish characters, disproportionate sizes and resolute dreams.
