Reading Klub

In March 2006, the Reading Klub is born with the intention of
becoming a meeting point for Friends of the CCCB who are literature
fans. The works of Fátima Mernissi, Michel Houellebecq, Paul Auster and
Carme Riera outline the itinerary of these monthly sessions organised
in collaboration with Biblioteques de Barcelona. Coinciding with the
third edition of Kosmopolis, the Klub will program a
commented reading of the essay work of Russian poet Joseph Brodsky,
1987 winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature, this year being the
tenth anniversary of his death.
