I+C+i - Ecodesign in the cultural environment

Joan Rieradevall is a doctor in Chemical Science, senior lecturer in the Department of Chemical Engineering and principal investigator of the group Sostenipra of the Institut de Ciència i Tecnologia Ambiental (ICTA) at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. An expert in sustainability in the culture sector and specialist in eco-design, he will speak about energy saving, eco-efficiency and green purchase applied to ephemeral events and culture infrastructures. The objective of this session is to present, through specific cases, the importance of incorporating ecological dynamics into the different stages of culture production and the awareness of the procedures which make this possible.
