AFRICA VIVE 2010

Cycle of literature and film: Independence in Africa, a Long Struggle

Casa África is organizing year two of África Vive, an initiative to celebrate international Africa Day (25 May). The idea is to bring Africa closer to Spanish citizens by organizing activities with the African diaspora, including political, economic, social and cultural seminars and meetings.

Africa Vive will be present at the Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona (CCCB) in the form of a programme, African Letters, and a film cycle, Independence in Africa, a Long Struggle, in collaboration with the Barcelona African Film Festival, on the evenings of 20 and 21 April.
