The Habit of Art is the latest play by playwright Alan Bennett (Talking Heads, The History Boys),  an imaginary encounter between the poet W. H. Auden and the composer Benjamin Britten, first performed last year at the National Theatre in London. In the multi-level documentary Bennett himself and Nicholas Hytner, Director of the National Theatre, lead us through the creation of the work and its adaptation, while director Adam Low includes archive material and interviews to portray the lives of Auden and Britten.
