Who has power, today?
Lecture by Owen JonesDemocracy was born in the squares, and the majority of European social conquests were achieved on the streets. In today’s context of cutbacks, social movements are again more active than ever, but they run up against a more organised and efficient establishment. Who has the power in Europe, the states or the citizens?
