Paul Rainey

Workshop on comics

Paul Rainey is one of the United Kingdom’s most talented young illustrators. Selected by Paul Gravett as one of the authors to be followed in his work 1001 Comics You Must Read Before You Die, Rainey will run a two-hour workshop in which, in a practical way, he will explain how he learned to draw and what the independent scene is for British comics, showing practical examples that can help in learning to write and draw a comic. The second part of the workshop will be devoted to the audience, who will be invited to produce their own mini-comic with Rainey’s help.

This comic workshop is free of charge but prior registration is necessary by writing to: cursos@cccb.org.
