José Pons Beltrán

José Pons Beltrán graduated in Comparative Literature and Classical Philosophy from the University of California. He later gained masters degrees in Comparative Literature from the University of Chicago and in Editorial Techniques from the University of Salamanca.

After various ventures in the editorial world, he decided to set up his own publishing company, Melusina, in 2002. It publishes books on anthropology, history, sociology and religion. He defines himself as a "manufacturer of semiotic artefacts".
