Eve Heller

Experimental cinema producer

Eve Heller began studying filmmaking when she was 17, attending the S.U.N.Y. Department of Media Studies at Buffalo. She received her BA in German Literature and Interdisciplinary Studies from Hunter College in 1987 and an MFA in filmmaking from Bard College in 1993. Her award winning work, based on the use of found footage, has been widely shown, both in the U.S. and internationally. Her work has been displayed in the American Whitney Art Museum, in the Anthology Film Archives and at the New York and Rotterdam festivals. She currently lives and works in Vienna, Austria.
