Bombo Ndir

In her homeland, Senegal, she was a teacher, and also worked as a cooperatives trainer and painting, crochet and handwork teacher, her main concern being to teach women how to achieve autonomy through work. After arriving in Spain, she was employed as the carer of an Alzheimer’s patient. Some years later, and having created a women’s network, she now works as a cultural facilitator and continues with her training work, always with its consistent focus on gender equality. She has also been a human rights activist for many years.
