The figure of Ramon Llull, now the focus of celebration on this anniversary, is visited in a film about his impact on contemporary artists and thinkers, coinciding with the CCCB’s exhibition about the man and his work. Llull continues to be largely unknown to us, and, despite insistent calls to recognise his modernity, he is not an easily accessible thinker nor does his world simply engage with ours. Amador Vega i Sigfried Zielinski offer some keys to interpreting his impact on our culture.
