Social networks are a powerful tool for communication for museums and other cultural institutions. But the Web 2.0 concept can, over time, also become an integral part of the organisation’s philosophy, transforming internal processes and external relationships. How far are we prepared to assimilate the idea of collective intelligence? Where do we set the limits? This session is being held for cultural institutions to discuss the opportunities and challenges of the Web 2.0 approach and its impact as a driver of cultural change in general.
