The Consortium has a long career in the service of the country and since its creation, it has participated actively in multiple projects strengthening the entrepreneurial capacity and tacting as a driving force for the economic development of Barcelona and Catalonia. The Institution maintains a solid wealth and the profits made are always reinvested in projects for the city of Barcelona. It has more than 12 million square metres of industrial land in different phases of development, focusing its main activity on the development of leading projects in the real estate, logistics and technological areas, all very important for the country’s economy.
